Heating and Cooling Stage for Other Applications
XRD Heating and Cooling Stage
It is intended for use in conjunction with XRD or large-scale synchrotron sources.
SEM Heating and Cooling Stage
This is a temperature‑controlled stage designed for use with a scanning electron microscope. While imaging the sample’s morphology, it enables analysis of its composition, crystal structure, and other properties at various temperatures, thereby facilitating a more comprehensive investigation of material performance and behavior.
Electrochemical Heating and Cooling Stage
The electrochemical temperature‑controlled stage is suitable for a wide range of electrochemical experiments, including studies on button cells, lithium batteries, electrocatalysis, fuel cells, and more. It can be integrated with Raman spectroscopy, XRD, and other analytical instruments to monitor material transformations during electrochemical reactions.
Low-temperature sample holder
Low-temperature sample holder, featuring an integrated design, compatible with cryogenic irradiation systems or other low-temperature equipment, and intended for materials irradiation studies.
Ellipsometry Heating and Cooling Stage
The ellipsometer temperature‑controlled stage is a versatile platform designed for integration with ellipsometers. It finds applications across diverse fields, including semiconductors, thin‑film devices, functional coatings, polymers, and biomaterials, playing an indispensable role—particularly in studying material phase transitions, assessing thermal stability, and validating functional properties.
Magnetic (Hall Effect) Heating and Cooling Stage
A cryogenic–heating chamber designed for magnetic-field environments, with the sample stage and surrounding components all fabricated from nonmagnetic materials, enables a broad temperature range from liquid‑nitrogen temperatures up to 500°C. Additionally, a chamber mounting bracket is provided to facilitate integration with electromagnets and permanent magnets. Accessories: A2507 (vertical magnetic-field chamber mounting plate).
High-Pressure Cell/Chamber
High temperature and high pressure can be used to simulate the effects of extreme conditions in natural environments on material properties, and are applicable to the study of combustible ice and organic solutions under such conditions.
Piezoelectric Probe Heating and Cooling Stage
A single-molecule conductance measurement chamber, optionally equipped with a thermoelectric or liquid‑nitrogen cryogenic stage. The sample is mounted on a piezoelectric translation stage, with a complementary piezoelectric probe positioned above it. Additionally, an optical observation window is integrated on the rear of the chamber, enabling the detection of faint optical signals.
