2025


The ultra-low-temperature (6 K) probe station has been successfully developed, and the ultra-high-temperature liquid-nitrogen‑cooled hot/cold stage capable of reaching 1500°C has also been successfully developed...

2024


The ultra-low-temperature optical platform has been successfully developed; the in-situ mechanical testing system has been successfully developed; the high‑ and low‑temperature thermoelectric parameter testing system has been successfully developed; and the high‑ and low‑temperature Hall effect testing system has been successfully developed.

2023


The 4K hot-and-cold stage has been successfully developed and has obtained ISO 9001 certification for its quality management system. Development of a dielectric constant temperature‑dependent testing system and a temperature‑dependent resistance testing system.

2022


The Hall effect tester and constant-current source meter have been successfully developed, as has the displacement probe stage. A large‑size heating stage with high uniformity and excellent flatness has been successfully developed.

2021


It has been recognized as a “Hubei Province High-Tech Enterprise” and a “Technology Little Giant.” The hot-and-cold platform has become the company’s core business, with customers spanning major universities across the country.

2020


The liquid nitrogen temperature‑control platform has been successfully developed and is now being delivered to customers. Precision heating stages have begun shipping to customers.

2019


The first radiation cooling power test system has been delivered to the National University of Defense Technology. The first thermoelectric temperature‑controlled platform has been delivered to Wuhan University of Technology.
