Delivery is finalized only after successful acceptance.

Based on equipment usage frequency and industry standards, we provide customers with regular calibration and testing services, covering the calibration of relevant parameters such as temperature, mechanical properties, optics, and electrical characteristics. This ensures timely correction of instrument deviations, maintains long-term precision in equipment operation, and guarantees the validity of experimental and production data.

In response to clients’ research projects and the specific requirements of their production processes, we assemble specialized technical teams to tailor bespoke testing solutions. We offer end-to-end services—covering test‑procedure design, parameter optimization, data acquisition, and report analysis—to address customers’ unique testing challenges.

Efficient Maintenance Services


The company has assembled a maintenance team comprising senior engineers from the materials, mechanical, electronics, and software disciplines, equipped with a full range of spare parts and specialized tools. It has also established a rapid response mechanism to provide customers with comprehensive, efficient, and convenient repair services, thereby minimizing the impact of equipment failures on their operations.

Upon receiving a customer’s service request, we provide a response within 2 hours. For simple issues, we promptly resolve them via phone or remote guidance; for more complex problems, we dispatch an engineer to your location within 48 hours (in major cities across China), with the response time appropriately shortened in remote areas based on local conditions.

We offer repair services for the company’s entire product lineup, including hardware troubleshooting for measurement instruments, precision heating stages, and high‑ and low‑temperature thermal stages—covering components such as heating modules, measurement sensors, and circuitry—as well as software debugging for issues like temperature‑control software malfunctions and data‑acquisition failures. We also provide services such as replacing aged parts and optimizing equipment performance.

All replacement parts used in repairs are genuine OEM components, ensuring that the repair quality matches the equipment’s original performance, extending its service life, and preventing secondary failures caused by incompatible parts.

Upon completion of repairs, a warranty period of no less than three months will be provided; during this period, any recurrence of the same fault will be repaired free of charge. In addition, a repair report will be issued to the customer, detailing the cause of the failure, the repair process, and relevant precautions for subsequent use.

For complex faults that cannot be resolved on-site, we offer in‑home repair services; for software debugging and simple hardware troubleshooting, we provide remote technical support, helping customers save time and reduce costs.
