Recently, a customer‑customized nanoindentation system equipped with a temperature‑controlled stage was successfully delivered and has now been officially integrated into the customer’s materials micro‑mechanical property evaluation platform.
To meet the need for capturing the dynamic changes in material composition, we successfully customized a high-performance temperature‑controlled heating–cooling stage for a research group at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, an overseas research institution. This device is not merely a temperature‑control system; it is also a powerful tool that helps researchers expand the frontiers of knowledge, contributing to the advancement of in situ characterization techniques under variable temperatures.
In October 2022, the “State Key Laboratory of Traction Power” at Southwest Jiaotong University conducted experimental testing at the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility for a project titled “Development and Application Verification of an Ultra-Low-Temperature In-Situ Mechanical Loading Device for X-ray CT.” As the project team responsible for the device’s cryogenic control module, Congtical Technology participated throughout the entire testing process.
