1. Product introduction
RMS adopts the four probe method technology and has the ability to detect material resistivity. It can be used to measure the resistivity of semiconductor bulk samples, semi metallic samples (such as constantan, nickel, bismuth, etc.), and some non-metallic samples (such as graphite, carbon materials, etc.). Widely used in many important fields such as temperature control, thermoelectric power generation, cooling electronic devices (infrared, far infrared detectors, high-speed chips, etc.), medical equipment and high-temperature superconductors, as well as air conditioning equipment for aerospace vehicles and submarines.
2.Product features
(1)The temperature range is wide, covering from -196 ℃to high temperature, and the temperature rise and fall rate is controllable during the temperature change process.
(2) High test accuracy and wide range, with a resistance measurement range of 0.01u Ω to
1200M Ω.
(3) The test
data volume is large and complete, and it is continuously collected during the
temperature change process. The resistivity data is collected twice per second.
(4) The
equipment is small in size, easy to operate, and easy to maintain.
(5)The test results are stable, the data is smooth, and the repeatability is
high.
