Congtical variable temperature resistance testing system consists of water cooler, sample chamber, vacuum mechanical pump, temperature controller, Hioki RM3545 resistance meter and host computer software.
The system can achieve precise temperature control at RT-1000°C, collect resistance values in real time and convert them into resistivity for display on the host computer. The performance of the system is stable, and the measured temperature-resistivity curve is smooth, which can be used as a basis for material research and scientific research.
