TEAM uses the Harman method to quickly measure thermoelectric devices, evaluate the performance of thermoelectric devices, and determine whether there may be some quality issues in the production process of thermoelectric devices (such as poor thermal and electrical contact caused by welding defects such as solder leakage and false soldering, reverse polarity installation of thermoelectric small particles, degradation of thermoelectric material performance, etc.).

2.Product features

(1) Support multi-channel simultaneous testing (standard 5 channels, expandable to 10/15/20 channels) to improve detection efficiency.

(2) Active scanning, independent testing, reducing detection workload.

TEAM mainly detects parameters at room temperature:

Sample resistance value R (Ω), thermoelectric coefficient of excellence Z (1/K), maximum temperature difference Δ Tmax (℃)

Maximum voltage Umax (V), maximum current Imax (A), maximum cooling capacity Qmax (W) , as well as room temperature and relative humidity;

(Note: The device does not detect the polarity and time constant of the device, as well as the above parameters under variable temperature conditions.)
