Congtical "Low Temperature Target Room Cold Platform" assisted in the Development of Low Temperature Radiation System for the 320kV Low Energy Heavy Ion Comprehensive Research Platform of the Institute of Modern Physics

Recently, the low-temperature irradiation system developed by the 320kV low-energy heavy ion comprehensive research platform of the Institute of Modern Physics has successfully completed low-temperature testing. Congtical  low-temperature target chamber cold stgae, as the low-temperature control module of the system, played an important role in this test.

The irradiation area of the low-temperature irradiation system is within 20mm x 20mm, and the device adopts liquid nitrogen cooling. During the experiment, the temperature of the sample area is continuously adjustable within the range of -165 ℃ - room temperature, and the temperature control accuracy is within ± 1 ℃. At present, multiple temperature points have been tested online, and the temperature control accuracy of 15 ℃, 0 ℃, and -30 ℃ can be stable at ± 0.1 ℃. The temperature control accuracy of -50 ℃, -100 ℃, and -150 ℃ are ± 0.3 ℃, ± 0.5 ℃, and ± 1 ℃, respectively.

  The development of a low-temperature target chamber cold platform is a new attempt by Zhongguang to enter the fields of material irradiation, aerospace device testing, and low-energy nuclear celestial bodies. In the future, Congtical will continue to deeply cultivate this field, continuously improve its technological level, and provide more advanced and precise equipment for more platforms and enterprises.

  In addition, the Congtical hot and cold stage can also be widely used in research fields such as geological analysis, optoelectronic materials, piezoelectric materials, perovskites, single-molecule conductivity, memory alloys, cryogenic treatment, photocatalysis, biomedicine, aerospace, etc. It can achieve high and low temperature extension (-196~1000 ℃), and its micro platform can quickly achieve temperature equilibrium. Adopting a single input dual output temperature control strategy, using adaptive PID to achieve high-precision temperature fixed-point control and high-level temperature following control.
