1.Ultra-low temperature optical platform combined with Raman spectrometer

 

This ultra-low temperature optical platform is combined with the REINSHAW Raman spectrometer to study the composition of materials at ultra-low temperatures.

 

In the application of manned spaceflight, because the ambient temperature of outer space is very low, it is often necessary to explore the composition and state of materials at low temperatures. The ultra-low temperature optical platform provides a very convenient testing environment for this requirement.

 

GM-10K-SM can reach ultra-low temperature of 10K, and the whole-process temperature control accuracy is ±0.01K within the range of 10K to 300K. The instrument adopts a patented shock-absorbing design, making the vibration amplitude of the sample less than 1um.

 

At the same time, the instrument is small in size and compact in structure. Through telescopic arm adapter, it can be adapted to various mainstream microscope brands.

GM-10K-SM can also be widely used in optoelectronic material research, superconducting material research, dielectric materials and other application directions. At the same time, the equipment contains a wealth of supporting accessories, such as optical fibers, magnetic fields, probes and other configurations, which can be selected according to specific testing needs.
